Open daily from 7am to midnight. If you would like to use the spa outside of this time, please inform reception.

Sauna & steam bath hours: Please inform reception approximately a half hour before you wish to use the sauna or steam bath. We will be happy to heat them for you.

Cosmetic & massage treatments: daily, 10am to 8pm and
by appointment.
Access for hotel guests only.

We have robes, slippers, and towels ready for you in our spa. Lockers are available for you in the dressing room.

We like to take time with our guests. We therefore recommend that you book your treatments as early as possible to help us best accommodate your preferred schedule.

If for any reason you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before a scheduled treatment and the cancellation will be free of charge. We ask for your understanding that for cancellations at shorter notice or no shows, a cancellation fee of the price of the scheduled treatment will be charged. Arriving late may limit the time for your treatment. Depending on the length of you service a late arrival may be classified as a "no-show".

If you have any health issues or special needs, please make us aware at the time of booking your appointment and speak to your therapist, who will assist in choosing the perfect treatments. For the optimum effect of men cosmetic treatments we recommend a shave about three hours before the treatment.

Please store all valuables in your room safe. Since the Palais Coburg Spa is dedicated to rest and relaxation, we ask that you please refrain from using mobile phones.

We will gladly charge your booked treatments to your hotel bill so you can conveniently pay when you check out.

All our body and cosmetic treatments are based on a holistic and biodynamic approach. All used products consist of natural raw materials, preferably in organic quality and are freshly made in our own natural cosmetics manufactory. Angati body oils are designed to bring deep relaxation and rejuvenate a balance of body, mind and soul. Products for the cosmetic treatments foster a natural, youthful, and fresh appearance, as well as the health and natural care of the skin. Our ingredients do not paste but stimulate the skin to produce important substances such as collagen and hyaluronic acid again itself. Our massage therapists and our estheticians are thoroughly trained and have many years of professional experience.
