Johann Strauss's "Die Fledermaus" is the inspiration for the opulent New Year's Eve festivities at Palais Coburg this year. Whether music, decoration, dance, great food or great wines - be enchanted by a rousing night in an incomparable ambience. Our Michelin Star chef Silvio Nickol offers a cross-section of his best dishes of 2016 at the “Grande Finale of the Year” in the state rooms. A champagne reception to start the evening, musical accompaniment by a pianist - with entertainment also provided between courses. At the stroke of midnight, we greet the new year on the grand terrace with champagne, fireworks and the sounds of the Blue Danube waltz and the Pummerin bell.
