Erleben Sie hautnah Rhythmus, Tempo und Teamspirit einer Gourmetküche: Dienstantritt, rein in die Kochjacke, Tagesplanung, Passzuteilung, Warenannahme, Mis en Place, Pause, sieden, dampfen, Musik hören, garen, braten, backen, rühren, vakuumieren (und vieles mehr), gemeinsames Abendessen, Line-up, schicken, Gäste verabschieden, Reinigung, Nachbesprechung (auch genannt Feierabendbier).
